Payment Policy
The treatment fee is payable at the end of each session, and can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. We prefer not to take cash for security reasons.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate life can be hectic and hence try to be as reasonable as possible and simply require a 4 hour cancellation notice for clinical sessions and 24 hours notice for home visits. We do have to strictly apply this as if notice is not given we do not have sufficient time to re-allocate the session.
The cancel early morning appointments we have a 24hr answering service for your convenience. Unfortunately we do have to charge for all missed appointments or late notice cancellations.
